Public Relations Goal:

  • For the 2018 Fall New York Fashion Week (NYFW) Show, UMGMT was tasked 3-months before the show to obtain in-kind and monetary sponsorship's for the Pink Factory Fall 2018 NYFW Show. As well as secure local and national media outlets for the red carpet, press pit, and runway coverage. Lastly, UMGMT managed and secured the talent/celebrity guest list.

Our Strategy:

  • UMGMT developed a list of potential sponsors and partners alongside curating a sponsorship presentation that was presented to the desired brands of the partners. The UMGMT team worked around the clock to secure sponsorship, media, and a confirmed guest list. Outside of the listed task, UMGMT handled the day of event management, red carpet, talent escorting, and press.

RESULTS (3-MONTH TIMELINE)

  • Secured $5k+ worth of monetary sponsorship which followed in-kind sponsorship for the gift bags. 

  • Secured media placements with Vogue, Sheen Magazine, Kontrol Magazine, BRASH Magazine, and 10 + additional media outlets for the press pit.

  • Secured celebrities such as Mehgan James, Taylor Girlz, J. Mulan, Trina, and more.
