How It Works 

1️⃣ Contractors 

Paid per scope of work based on the project. Fees are set by UMGMT and discussed at the start of each contract.

2️⃣ Freelancers

May be paid hourly or per-project, depending on the assignment and your specialty. Freelancers are often brought in for short-term, creative, or task-specific support.

 

3️⃣ Subcontractor

You set your own rate. UMGMT brings the client. We retain an acquisition fee on all projects you’re booked for through us.
